Portugal COVID Deconfinement Plan

The Portuguese Council of Ministers has published their deconfinement plan for the recommencement of activities that were paused due to COVID lockdowns.

Certain establishments such as hairdressers will be able to open from March 15th and some school years will also restart. The next set of releases will come on April 15th and then 3rd May. The full list of activities and when they will re-open is available in English from the Safe Communities Portugal website and in Portuguese from the COVID 19 site.

The borders will also re-open from March 15th.
